Faveo is an employee owned limited company established in 1997. In 2010 the Norwegian company PTL merged with the Swedish company Swepro and formed Faveo. The company is now the largest project management company in the Nordic countries.

Faveo works as project, design and construction managers in the building industry, as well as providing services such as management within ICT and organizational and business development, various analyses etc.

As part of our business philosophy we have chosen to be independent of interests that may conflict with those of our clients.

We are typically engaged to handle the interests of the clients (though occasionally those of e.g. contractors). Our contracts involve all or part of organising the projects from their concept stage, assisting in evolving them, and engaging the architects and the consultants, and later on the contractors, on behalf of the client. We develop budgets for the projects, and then oversee their economic development. We control their progress, both in the design and in the construction phases. And we control the work done both by the consultants and by the contractors.

The projects range from housing, offices, hospitals, schools, industrial plants,energyplants etc, to roads, railways, etc, the size from the very small to the very large.
