We are typically engaged to handle the interests of the clients (though occasionally those of e.g. contractors). Our contracts involve all or part of organising the projects from their concept stage, assisting in evolving them, and engaging the architects and the consultants, and later on the contractors, on behalf of the client. We develop budgets for the projects, and then oversee their economic development. We control their progress, both in the design and in the construction phases. And we control the work done both by the consultants and by the contractors.
The projects range from housing, offices, hospitals, schools, industrial plants, etc, to roads, railways, etc, the size from the very small to the very large (one of our largest single contracts was for an office building of some 200.000 sq.m for Telenor, which in 2005 was awarded the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence as the best property development project in the world).
