Scope

Responsibility and the scope was very wide and general from approval documentation up to as built documentation including site supervision. The project belongs to the largest industrial facilities with 160.000 m² of the used area and 300.000 cars/year production.


Approach

Our approach was to act as a reliable local partner and combine the professional team with the Korean and Japan technology experts. Mainly infrastructure, civil part of the project and approval management were in our scope of responsibility.


Outcome

The project was successful, the main part was finalised in 2014 on time and within budget. We have not received any single claim from the client. More over the client is still (2024) using our potential for modernization and changes in battery production, which is planned to be started in 2025 according to our documentation and approvals.
